My Insurance Manager

My Insurance ManagerSM is our secure self-service provider tool. You can use it to check eligibility, manage claims and more. You can use it to submit and manage your prior authorization requests, too. 

To get started, go to the My Insurance Manager portal. Don’t have an account yet? Click on “Register Now!” to set one up. Once you’re logged in, go to the “Patient Care” tab. Under “Health,” select “Pre-Certification/Referral.” Then follow the instructions to submit your request. 

Depending on the member’s specific benefit plan, you may get instant approval. If your request pends a review, you can check the status through My Insurance Manager as well.
